Tales from the Hood

Tales from the Hood is my favorite scary movie of all time. It’s not really scary though, it’s honestly hilarious. It’s like a weird Twilight Zone style anthology movie (minus all of the deaths caused by gross director negligence like the real Twilight Zone movie), specifically the middle section with David Alan Grier playing an abusive boyfriend. It’s funnier than it sounds, this isn’t exactly precious here, so the budget and acting contribute to the levity. Also he gets his comeuppance at the end, as any good villain does.

Anyway, this track by Domino is good. It barely has anything to do with the movie other than sharing the same name.
