The story behind this one is interesting: Phonte and Nicolay met on the Okayplayer message boards and made this entire album by sending instant messages back and forth, never actually meeting in person until the album was released. What was pretty novel back then is pretty much commonplace now, which shows you how much things have changed in the 22 years since this album dropped.
