Can't Stop the Throb

Boy Throb is an interesting internet phenomenon with four members, one being Darshan, who is currently living in India, so he does all of his parts remotely. The band has been trying to get him a visa so they can all perform together in the States, but it has yet to come to fruition. As many are familiar, the visa process in this country is wildly broken, ask any non-citizen who has had to attempt to get a job, or even worse a green card, here.

The rumor, which is probably true let’s be honest, is that this is all a part of Nathan Fielder’s The Rehearsal season 3. Nathan became an American citizen last year, and Darshan’s journey would be an interesting subplot, but I suppose only time will tell.

Regardless, the song is legitimately catchy and fun, so best of luck to the throb mob.
