At the end the night, we popped into Sad Valley. A quirky bar with neon lights, Big Buck Hunter, and a killer playlist.

While drinking pilsners with Matt and Tristine, this song came on.

The album pre-dates my time on earth by two years, but sounds like it could have been written and recorded two weeks ago. It reminds me a lot of bands like Bush Tetras and Le Tigre with energetic female vocals and playful guitar solos.

One song per day. Two hundred words or less.
