Detroit Twice

Recently, Chris and I got a show on Freeform Portland called Missed Connections. In a very six-degrees way, we try to find a connection from one song to the next, no matter how loose or flimsy that connection may be. Last week was our second show and we had a whole section on Detroit, and I’m kicking myself for not including this track from El Michels Affair. So many connections to amazing acts like Madlib and Freddie Gibbs, Black Thought to the Black Keys. But so it goes. Now I get to share it here.
