Cool as Ice (Everybody Get Loose)

Where do I begin with this one? Cool as Ice is the theme song to the movie also known as Cool as Ice, which is essentially a modern retelling of Rebel without a Cause, but with Vanilla Ice in the James Dean role.

This movie is ridiculous in all of the best ways, 200 words is not enough - At one point I legitimately gave a 15 minute powerpoint presentation about this movie.

One of my favorite trivia points about it is that if you ever decide to watch it (and you should), you’ll notice that the film is shot uncharacteristically well for a movie of this type. If you stick around for the credits you’ll learn that the cinematographer of this film is Janusz Kamiński who would later go on to win two Academy Awards for some relatively obscure indie movies: Schindler’s List and Saving Private Ryan.
