At Your Door

Everytime I’m at My Vinyl Underground, I wind up asking the owner what he’s playing. It’s almost always something I’ve never heard before. And it’s almost always something that comes on once I’m already at the register.

This weekend it was Chook Race. A jangly, garage-y, surf riff-y band out of Melbourne, Australia. The song playing was “At Your Door” from their 2016 album, “Around The House”.

I wound up grabbing it off the shelf. Solid from start to finish.
